Jim
Jim started his drilling career when he was just 15 years old. At that time he worked for Graham Well Drilling. Jim had always dreamed of having a family-operated business! (Well we guess Jim's dream came true!)
Jake
Jake Wilson is Jim's son. He took interest in "Dad's" work at young age, so when the opportunity appeared he was eager to join the team. Jake has worked hard to earn his drillers license over the past few years!
Pauline
Behind every great man stands a greater woman! Pauline is not only Jim's wife but also his business partner! She holds down the office and is more often than not the friendly voice you hear when calling the office.
Suzanne
Suzanne is Jim's only daughter and has joined the team to handle all things marketing. She has spent over 10 years working in the marketing field.
